No returns for change of mind on purchases.

If your order arrives and you have an issue with the fit or believe the jewellery is faulty in any way, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and we will aim to rectify this.

Please ensure you check your ring sizing before ordering to eliminate any size issues. Contact us if you need assistance with working out your ring size. Custom made designs are unable to be re-sized. 

Return shipping charges are to be covered by the customer. Any additional shipping charges will be invoiced to the customer prior to new/ replacement order being shipped. 

Registered Postage is recommended when returning orders (for tracking purposes). Metal & Dust will not be liable for any jewellery that may go missing during shipping of returned orders. We will be unable to process your return if items have gone missing during shipping. 

Returned jewellery must be in original, unworn condition.
